I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card landscape. I attached some background paper from my craft box using double sided tape.

I attached the design to the card with a brad from my craft box and a piece of thin foam tape.

I have shown two of the toppers in this example.
