4 Boutique Penguin Tag ToppersCompleted by Lynda Harman

I printed out 2 of the toppers twice so I could cut out and decoupage the penguins. I punched a hole in the top of each tag and threaded 2 thin organza ribbons through.

These were mounted on a purple flowery background, then onto silver mirror board and finally onto a pale purple card blank.

A 'just for you' embellishment was placed at the bottom of the card.
