2 Birthday Bear Toppers Set 1Completed by Joan Prince

Printed out two sheets and cut the second sheet into decoupage pieces. I then added the base pictures onto the main cards with d/s tape. I then fixed the decoupage pieces to match the pictures with foam pads. Easy cards to make and very cute.
