Victorian Elegance Steampunk
This fabulous square topper features a victorian ladies hat embellished with a cameo. It has decoupage to add depth.

I printed the design sheet on to 200 gsm white card and I used an 8" by 8" white card base.
To make my card I did the following :
Cut out all the elements from the sheets.
Cut a square from black card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Cut a square from brown card measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Cut a square from black card measuring 17.5 cms by 17.5 cms.
Matt and layer all these with the main image topper and attach to the front of the card base.
Next attach the decoupage elements using foam pads to the main image.
This is a great steampunk card to make.
I printed this sheet on quality silk decoupage paper and mounted it on a complimentary glitter card. I am very pleased with the finished card.
