Printed sheet on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and all elements. Edged a C5 gold card blank with gold border peel offs and corners. Attached the main picture with dst and added the decoupage with silicone glue.
Used small black pearls for earrings, added a few gems, a feather, ribbon flower and a gold Happy Birthday sentiment.
A lovely design.
