I printed the sheet and cut the topper out. I attached gold colored ribbon behind the topper and then I attached it on a green base card. Next I cut the decoupage flowers out and attached them into the card with foam pads.
I hid the ribbon corner seams with modified vintage button decorations. As a finishing touch I added some glossy accent into the card.
