Summer Pansies & Butterflies on a Shimmering FrameCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to pink patterned paper, then to white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with stick pins and bow, and lilac gems.
A lovely design.
