I printed this lovely design onto quality,then cut out all the elements,I then took a blank scalloped edge 8"square card,I added the main image with foam pads,then added the decoupage in the same way,to finish,I added pearls to the pin heads a silver novelty needle,which I threaded with blue thread and also wound some into a hank.an easy but very effective card,all my crafting friends will love this one.
