I love art deco! To start this card I chose a white 6x8 card blank and covered it with royal blue foil cardstock, using glue.

I added the topper with foam squares. I also used foam squares to add the decoupage elements with the butterfly and flowers.

For a little pizzazz I added flat sequins to her headband and jewel on her necklace. To finish off I placed the sentiment and 3 royal blue flat sequins. The inside of the card is blank.
