I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I cut out the frame and added it plus the greeting using thin foam tape.
I added some glitter to the dragonflies to enhance this gorgeous design.
