I printed the design onto 160 gsm cardstock. I used a yellow card as the backing and used sticky pads to add dimension to the card
I printed the topper sheet out on 150 Glossy paper and cut out, I made a 7x7 inch white card blank and glued a 6.5x6.5 square of spotty paper for a base for the topper.
I decoupaged the shoes and added flowers and sequins from my stash .
