Printed onto Crafty Bob Gloss Photo Paper. I used DST to attach the Topper to a White card. I then layered the Decoupage using Foam pads. I stuck small Diamond gems in the middle of the small flowers. A pretty design, the Girls face is Beautiful.

Makes into a wonderful card.
