I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

Printed on matt photo paper and attached to scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads and added sentiment. Finished with narrow gold edging. A beautiful card in delicate shades.
