Girly Birthday Topper with Heritage Roses and HighheelsCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Daughter
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted roses with star dust stickles and finished with purple gem to shoe and card candy to corners.
A lovely design, suitable for teenage to older daughters.
