Flamenco Red + DecoupageCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto 170gsm good quality photo paper.

I cut away the white background & matted the image onto gold matt card using DST for the 'frame' & 3D glue gel for the lady, I added a black feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper. i decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Fruit Punch Stickles to add some sparkle.
