This lovely topper features the gorgeous 'Autumn Roses', which embellish a fabulous bonnet on a hat stand, on a deep green and gold frame.
It has an extra layer of decoupage to add depth.

After printing the sheet on a quality of paper, I cut out the elements. Build it up with 3D pads in two sizes, and decorate with pearls and borders. A lovely sheet.

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction. I used gold peel-off corners and a chain border.
This lovely design will be greatly appreciated by anyone that loves hats or vintage cards.
