Edna Wants a Birthday Hug Inside Out Topper SheetCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto satin photo paper, then after cutting the topper and insert out, i placed the topper onto the front of my card, then added a blue wavy border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card i placed the insert inside, and added the sentiment, this is another terrific, fun design with Edna, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
