Blue & White Teapot & Roses + DecoupageCompleted by Barbara Hiebert

I printed this card top on to gloss photo paper, I used foam squares to do the decoupage, and DST. to mount onto a blue card stock, that I folded to make the card. I used a punch, to punch out the corners, so that the lighter blue insert would show through. I added a sentiment

to complete the card top. This is a very elegant card top.
