Blue SerenityCompleted by Barbara Wuertz
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed the image on to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I layered the elements using gel glue. I mounted the topper onto coordinating card stock using foam tape and then onto my card using double sided tape.
I added gems to my sentiment and added it to my card.
