Bernice Birthday TopperCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, mounted onto pink card and white card both with punched borders, decoupaged with foam pads, added glossy accents to eyes and glasses, pearl stars and finished off with a spotty and striped bow with a co-ordinating button, I just love the bright colours of this design.
