Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to ivory glimmer card stock with the border punched out. Attached other piece using foam pads.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
