Beautiful Lilac Rose in a Shimmering FrameCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and atttached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with pearl and silver decoration and silver peel-offs round card.

A beautiful design.
