Beautiful Black and White Polka Dots and LaceCompleted by Lynda Tully

I printed the design onto crafty bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with white card and mounted it onto a blank black card then added the decoupage using silicone gel...I then added diecut corners...little pearls and a ribbon flower...to finish the card I attached the insert to the inside of the card using DST...a beautiful classic design.
