This lovely topper features a 1920's flapper style lady taking in the air on the sea front. It is embellished with gorgeous pink roses. It has decoupage and six greetings. The greetings are happy birthday, best wishes, mum, daughter, sister and niece.

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a white card base I glued some pink lace down either side. I then mounted the image over them and added the sentiment panel.
I finished the card with some glitter highlights here and there. This lovely 1920s design would be useful for a lot of different occasions.
