I printed one full size sheet and one a smaller size. I cut out all the elements on both sheets. I attached the large front onto a blue card. I attached the smaller front onto a pale blue card using double sided tape.

I used foam pads to attach the pieces to make a 3D look. On the big one i added bling to the buttons and the smaller one i used Bronze Stickles to make the dots on the buttons.
