Precious 13 Large TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out Landscape and matted it onto a silver holographic card, I mounted it to the 8x8 base card with foam tape, attached 2 metallic ribbons, a die cut greeting, crystal gems and die cut balloons.

I added sparkle with Stickles glitter glue.
