Pink and Purple 5,6,7 with BalloonsCompleted by Katie Silver

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper and cut out the 3 toppers. For the No. 5 I covered a 12.5cm.sq. card with cup202238_11 Multi coloured 5 Felted BP and mounted the topper centrally.

I used some short lengths of white peel off as corners and added a Happy Birthday and Today onto the No.5.
