Picking the Spring Flowers with Floral Decoupage FrameCompleted by Rosina Walker

I took a square of glitter card,a little smaller than the 8x8 card that i'm using for this card,i printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,mounted the image to my card using silicone glue,to help hold the image onto the glitter card,i then decoupaged the flowers,and butterfly,i have punched some flower from backing paper i purchased from cup,i used three to make each flower,turned up the middle petals ,then stuck a gem onto the middle of the flower.
