Printed onto quality Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I attached the front onto scalloped edged card. I used foam tape to attach the decoupage elements to the card. I used the age 4 element on the card for my Granddaughter.

I used a little bit of bling on hat and present. This is such good design there is no need for too many extra bling. It is also easy to cut out.
