Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper and insert to a lilac colored card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. A tiny amount of crystal glitter was used on the balloons. I then stuck on a googly eye from my craft stash.
A very cute design. All on one sheet, and the right size to post in the mail.
