Happy Birthday Little DinosaurCompleted by Chell Sharpe

i printed out 2 of the sheets onto photo paper, i matted the base image onto blue glitter card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the dinosaur & frame i cut from the 2nd sheet & used foam pads to mount them to the base image, I used Nuvo glitter glue to add some shimmer & die cut dinosaurs to embellish.
