Happy Birthday Girl Topper with SentimentsCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet three times, so I could add some decoupage. I cut out the pieces and stuck the base image onto dark red card and then onto an 18.5cm x 19.5cm card blank.

I added the decoupage with 1mm foam pads.
