Blue and Green 5 6 7 with Balloons

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper and cut out the toppers. I covered a 13.5cm.sq. card with a paper from cup80883_598 Satin Effect. It is very subtle but adds a hint of colour to the background.

I mounted the no. 6 centrally on the card and coloured some narrow silver peel offs to tone. I added these around the topper and cut some short lengths to use in the corners. Finished off with some embellishments in the corners.
