I printed out three 4 x 6 inch copies: 2 on photo paper and 1 on cardstock. I used the photo copies as decoupage for the cardstock base which I glued (with the sentiment0 onto blue cardstock.

I used a lace edging border cut on the side of the front cover to add more interest.
