I printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I used DST to attach the front to a White textured card. I then used foam tapes, to attach the Decoupage elements. I used blue bling dots on sentiment. I used glitter on the tail and wings.

A lovely idea and will be a hit with all little ones.
