9 Today Boy Birthday Topper 3Completed by Selina Dittmann

I printed this on Kodak matt finish photo paper. I used crimson coloured card topped with sky blue coloured card as the background, adhered with mounting squares. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.

Finished off with white and black trim and a little stickles glitter.
