I decided to show off all these toppers on one card by making a mountain fold card. I decoupage two of the toppers and placed down the centre of the card and printed two of the other two toppers to place either side sitting in the folds.

I added my own sentiment and placed on the centre fold and added jewels to the corners. I placed birthday peel offs along the bottom of the card. This is a great sheet as you can use all the toppers on one card or make individual cards.
