First thing I did was to cover card stock with four different backing papers to match the cards. I printed these toppers out twice.

I cut out the cards from the first printing and stuck them on to the cards, then I cut the parts for decoupaging from the second printing and stuck these on with sticky tabs.

I coloured "Happy Birthday" messages to match each card and stuck them on to the cards.
