I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with pearls to corners.

I printed out onto 120gsm photo paper, used a 7 x 7 in white card. I cut a piece of pale blue card just slightly bigger than the print out as an extra boarder, placed the topper, done the decoupage.
Along the top I put a piece of polka dot pale blue ribbon and a bow, then used 4 blue heart gems on the left side and on the top right I used lettered beads to spell the name of my grandson
