CLASSY & TASTEFUL
I printed the file on mat photo paper and cut out the elements. I used foam pieces to create the 3-D effect.
I matted the piece on gold and than purple card stock before adhering to a white card base.
As a final touch, I added some glitter glue to highlight some elements.
