Treasured Elegance Card Topper 3

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements,i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, i then added a gold border all round the outside edges of the design, along with a gold corner at the top and bottom left, then i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads and finished my card by placing the happy birthday banner on the right, this is a really beautiful design, which could be used for quite a few ocassions, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
