Rose & Swirls Various Occasions Topper 2Completed by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheet onto matt photo paper, cut out all elements and adhered base to white silver- sparkle paper then to white card using DST.
I added decoupage with foam pads, added gold peel-offs round design, clear gems to corners, and highlighted swirls and rose with clear glossy accents and fine glitter.
A beautiful design with many uses.
