Pink Roses & Lace Happy Birthday + DecoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with star dust stickles to roses and lace pattern, card candy to corners and matching pink tassel.
A beautiful design.
