I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto a card blank and used a punch along the edge of the card. I built up the decoupage with foam pads.
To decorate the finished card I added a little glitter and some gems. This was a very simple card to make and I think it looks very pretty with very little effort.
