Magnolia Stellarta 8x8 TopperCompleted by Rosina Walker

I have printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper, then mounted the image onto an 8x8 card, then i have took a length of lilac organza ribbon,up through the card, next i have done the same with,a narrow satin lilac ribbon so it is on top of the organza ribbon, then added a organza bow, just slipped the text under the ribbon.
