I printed this on glossy photo paper cut it out cut a piece of light green card and stuck the base onto this.
I then cut a blue blank card and stuck the green card to it I layer the flowers with sticky squares and the sentiment as well added blue liquid pearls in corners and some on the flowers and yellow on the centres.
