Half an hour start to finish and you have this outstanding card and gift tag. I printed the sheet onto white smooth cardstock and cut out the decourpage elements. I built up the layers on the base topper with foam tape and mounted it onto a bronze pearlescent card base, slightly larger than the base topper. It came with a matching envelope, so all that was needed was the cream bow in the top left-hand corner.

The gift tag, I adhered to a gold pearlescent cardstock off cut, just a couple of millimetres larger than the tag, then mounted the decourpage element. Wellha! Ready to be attached or added to a gift.
