Forget-me-not Art Deco TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of my light blue card, i then added a gold ornate border with corners all round the outisde edges of the card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, i placed three pearls on the last panel of each side and placed the happy birthday sentiment at the top right, this is a really beautiful, design which could be used for a number of ocassions, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
