BIRTHDAY BOUQUET TOPPER W. DECOUPAGECompleted by Emilie Freeman

first I printed on cardstock - after cutting the graphics out I next layered them accordingly with double sided foam mounting tape to add dimension. Next I attached the layered circle onto a lavender circle that I cut out of card-stock, next I attached that to white glitter card-stock, then I attached it to a pre folded blank card. Lastly I put a little clear glue onto accent spots on the tea cup

and flowers for a little sparkle.
