Bff Birthday Topper 2Completed by Maxine Jones

I printed the sheet on to photo paper and cut it out. I stuck the topper to a matching pink card with tape and added the decoupage layers with silcone glue. I used gold chain peeloff borders around the topper and added fancy corner peeloffs to finish it off.

I will add glitter to it before sending it out. This sheet makes a pretty card any friend will love to receive.
